Early detection and treatment of drug rhinitis can lead to eradication; most patients cannot be cured, and symptoms can be relieved by active treatment. The treatment of drug rhinitis includes stopping drugs, medication, surgery and so on. 1. Discontinuation of medication: stop using local nasal decongestant or oral medication that causes the disease for a long time, and change to saline nasal drip or other medication under the guidance of doctor for treatment. 2. Drug treatment: local application of corticosteroid nasal spray, such as budesonide nasal spray, mometasone furoate nasal spray and so on to carry out the treatment. Some patients with obvious edema of nasal mucosa and severe nasal congestion can take oral prednisone acetate tablets for a short period of time to relieve the symptoms. 3. Surgery: If there is still irreversible turbinate hypertrophy after three months of conservative treatment, surgery can be used, such as submucosal low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of the inferior turbinate; submucosal part of the inferior turbinate bone resection, and so on. After thorough treatment, the disease usually does not recur. However, if the course of the disease becomes chronic and prolonged, there is a possibility of repeated alternation between acute and chronic episodes. It is recommended that patients with drug rhinitis should go to the hospital in a timely manner, improve the relevant examination for standardized treatment. Specific drugs are used under the guidance of a doctor, do not use them privately.
