Small bumps on the penis that are not painful or itchy may be due to the occurrence of pearly penile papules. Pearly penile papules are mainly translucent papules arranged in one or several rows, and patients often have no conscious symptoms.
The cause of this disease is unknown and may be a physiological developmental variation that is not harmful and does not cause any functional impairment. There is also the possibility of warts, which are small, soft, warty, reddish papules caused by human papilloma virus (HPV) infection that can increase in size and have no conscious symptoms.
