Its main treatment modality is chemotherapy. At the same time, HER-2 gene test is performed, and if it is strongly positive, chemotherapy combined with the targeted drug Herceptin treatment, many patients have good treatment effect and can prolong the survival.
Several suggestions about pancreatic cancer treatment: 1. It is recommended to consult a team with experience in gastric cancer treatment at a specialized oncology hospital or a general hospital.
2.Perfect preoperative staging examination, including gastroscopy and ultrasound gastroscopy, neck ultrasound, abdominopelvic enhanced CT, chest X-ray or chest CT, barium meal, to understand whether there is distant metastasis, as well as local condition of tumor, whether there are enlarged lymph nodes around the stomach and whether it invades surrounding tissues and organs.
