What to do about small fibroids in the uterus

If a woman has an ultrasound and small fibroids are found, usually this can be treated without any surgery, but with a follow-up ultrasound, or with oral treatment with Chinese herbal medicine that activates blood circulation and removes blood stasis. Uterine fibroids are composed of smooth muscle and connective tissue of the uterus, and are generally considered to be benign tumors. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform special surgical treatment after the ultrasound examination has detected it, but to follow up the ultrasound to see how the fibroids have increased and changed. Also after having fibroids you can consider taking Chinese medicine, which may shrink the fibroids. The reason why there is no need for surgery is that fibroids are benign lesions, so there is no need to worry about them becoming malignant. It’s just that women who are found to have small fibroids try to eat less royal jelly and soy products because these foods may stimulate and cause the fibroids to increase significantly.
