If there is a fixed tingling pain in the chest position, no other symptoms and a young age, the pain is not usually considered to be caused by heart disease.
Chest pain caused by heart disease is mostly a dull, vague, crushing pain, often accompanied by other symptoms, such as pulmonary heart disease, which can be accompanied by chest tightness and cough; myocardial infarction can be accompanied by profuse sweating, drop in blood pressure and a sense of near death.
So you cannot judge a heart attack on the basis of tingling symptoms alone.
