If the tumor penetrates into the muscle layer, other surgical procedures may be needed. Bleeding after bladder tumor surgery is divided into two cases, as follows: 1. Short-term bleeding: for example, blood in urine may occur within 1 month after surgery, which may be related to the bladder surgery trauma not fully recovered after surgery. If the bleeding is not very serious, the color is light or even just hematuria appears under the microscope during laboratory tests, do not be too nervous, hematuria will gradually stop on its own; 2, distant hematuria: for example, more than 3-6 months after surgery, it is possible that bladder tumor recurrence, urinary tract infection or irritation caused by bladder irrigation chemotherapy drugs, the above cases need to go to the hospital. Some routine urinalysis, imaging, ultrasound, CT and sometimes even cystoscopy are needed to clarify the cause of bleeding, mainly to exclude the possibility of recurrence of bladder tumor.
