Fungal infections of hands and feet can be applied with antifungal creams, such as clotrimazole ointment, terbinafine hydrochloride cream, and if necessary, with oral antifungal drugs, such as itraconazole capsules, terbinafine hydrochloride tablets, which should be diagnosed clearly. Because fungal infections in the hand and foot area can sometimes have the same clinical manifestations as eczema, a fungal test should be done at a regular hospital. If the fungus is positive, that is, the mycelium is detected to make a clear diagnosis, the fungal infection can be given antifungal treatment.
