A low-grade fever is a type of fever, usually referred to as a fever temperature of 37°C-38°C. A body temperature of 35°C is not a low fever, but a case of hypothermia. The normal armpit temperature of the body is 36°C-37°C. When the body temperature exceeds the maximum limit of normal body temperature it is called fever. Depending on the degree of fever, the body temperature of low fever is between 37.3℃-38℃. The patient’s body temperature is only 35℃, which is not a low fever and is a case of hypothermia, which may be related to gender, age and environment. Generally women’s body temperature is slightly higher than men’s, and some men’s body temperature can be as low as 35℃. Older people are less active, which may result in a temperature as low as 35°C. In the case of infants or children, there is a possibility that the body temperature may be low due to a weaker thermoregulatory function, coupled with the application of antipyretic drugs after a cold or fever. In addition, when in a cold environment, or suffering from certain diseases, such as hypothyroidism, these endocrine diseases can also lead to body temperature as low as 35 ℃. Therefore, a body temperature of 35℃ is not a low fever, and you need to keep warm, drink plenty of warm boiled water to facilitate the rise of body temperature, and monitor the change of body temperature regularly.
