How can I be sure that I have summer dermatitis?

Summer dermatitis is characterised by the following.
The appearance of the rash has a clear seasonal correlation or is closely related to the environment in which it is located, with symptoms appearing in hot summer weather or during prolonged periods of humid, sultry conditions with high sweating; there is no history of specific medication before the onset of the rash.
The rash appears as flaky bright red patches, pinpoint to millet-sized papules or papules on the extremities (especially on the extensor side of the lower legs) or trunk, accompanied by itching, without systemic symptoms such as fever or chills.
The symptoms may improve in cooler weather or after removal from the sweltering environment.
If the above characteristics are met, the rash is basically confirmed to be summer dermatitis. Of course, if the rash is more severe, itchy or accompanied by other symptoms, you will need to seek medical attention.
