How long does it usually take for aseptic inflammation to heal on its own

Sterile inflammation has the potential to heal on its own, but how soon it does so is largely related to the specific cause. If the patient has a sterile inflammation resulting from a foreign body reaction to the placement of the IUD, it usually resolves over time after 3-5 regular menstrual periods. However, most aseptic inflammation does not heal spontaneously and requires symptomatic medication. In case of allergic inflammation, anti-allergic drugs such as paracetamol should be given; if it is due to mechanical irritation or friction, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be applied for treatment. Patients are recommended to go to the regular hospital general surgery line for further testing and reasonable use of immunomodulators for treatment after clear diagnosis, and also use drugs that promote local tissue and mucosal healing. In daily life, patients with aseptic inflammation should pay attention to strengthening nutrition, exercising properly, avoiding staying up late, and relaxing in order to enhance body resistance and help the condition recover.
