Why do I always feel bloated?

The stomach is always bloated may be due to two reasons: first, organic lesions of the gastrointestinal tract; second, functional lesions of the gastrointestinal tract. Organic lesions of the gastrointestinal tract mainly include chronic gastritis, peptic ulcers, etc. Because of organic lesions of the stomach, the digestive function of the stomach and intestines is inhibited, so the stomach always feels distended. Functional lesions, i.e., no organic damage to the gastrointestinal tract, but the gastrointestinal power decreases, resulting in incomplete digestion and absorption, can be treated by adjusting the dietary structure, such as eating vegetables rich in dietary fiber, eating more fruits, meat and vegetables, avoiding overeating, drinking alcohol, proper physical exercise to enhance the peristaltic function of the stomach and intestines, and avoiding emotional anxiety and tension.
