Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as acetaminophen, indomethacin, diclofenac, ibuprofen, and celecoxib, rofecoxib, and nimesulide, are mainly used for posterior scapular pain, but such drugs should be applied strictly according to medical advice and long-term, high-dose use should be avoided as far as possible to avoid damage to various organs and systems.
