The cumulative number of exercises per day is 200-1000, and can be done in groups; fourth, trunk exercises, sit-ups. The patient is in the supine position, the upper body rises to the sitting position, the hand touches the toes, and then returns to the supine position, 50-200 times per group, 1-3 groups per day.
