If there are still black marks after mole spotting, there are three common clinical situations: normal back black, pigmentation, incomplete removal of mole cells, which can be treated by general therapy, medication, etc. If necessary, consider physical therapy again, please follow the doctor’s instruction.
1. Normal black back: pigmentation (black marks) after mole spotting is mostly temporary and usually subsides within a period of time after treatment. During this period, keep the wound dry and clean, strengthen moisturizing and sun protection to avoid sunburn which may cause hyperpigmentation.
2. Hyperpigmentation: If the hyperpigmentation doesn’t go away for a long time or the need for treatment is urgent, consider topical application of drugs such as hydroquinone cream, which is a skin discoloring agent and can be used in the treatment of hyperpigmented spots.
3. Incomplete removal of nevus cells: Consider that it is caused by incomplete mole spotting. 2 to 3 months after the treatment, you can consider another treatment, such as laser mole spotting and other physical treatments.
If there are still black marks after nevus spotting, you should go to regular hospitals in time, and after clarifying the cause of the disease, the specialists will take corresponding measures to deal with it.
