If you feel that you can’t finish urinating, it is recommended to go to the hospital to check the cause and then decide what medication to use.1. If the examination confirms that the urination is caused by urinary tract infection, it is recommended to take one capsule of levofloxacin hydrochloride three times a day for one week orally; or one capsule of cefixime twice a day for one week orally; or one tablet of sodium bicarbonate three times a day for one week orally. If the diagnosis of overactive bladder is confirmed, it is recommended to take one tablet of mirabellum once a day for two weeks or one tablet of solifenacin succinate once a day for two weeks to observe whether the symptoms improve. 3. If urinary retention, urethral stones or bladder stones are diagnosed as the cause of incomplete urination, patients with urinary retention are recommended to have an indwelling catheter. For patients with stones, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy or urethroscopic cystoscopic lithotripsy is recommended to remove the infectious or irritating factors, then the symptoms of incomplete urination can be restored to normal.
