What is the cause of dizziness and nausea after pregnancy?

Around six weeks after menopause, pregnant women may experience a range of symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, chills, weakness, loss of appetite, aversion to greasy food and morning sickness, which are called early pregnancy reactions.
This is a normal physiological reaction and most of them do not need to be treated, and most of them disappear on their own around 12 weeks after menopause. The exact mechanism by which it occurs has not been particularly well studied and may be related to hormonal changes in the body after pregnancy.
