What is low pressure dizziness?

Hypotension can cause hypoperfusion in the patient’s brain, while causing ischemia and hypoxia in the brain. Cerebellar, brainstem ischemia and hypoxia, patients can experience dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and, at the same time, ataxia and balance disorders, cranial CT examination, generally without obvious foci. The main clinical causes of low pressure include physical weakness as well as severe nausea, vomiting, severe diarrhea, and patients with massive diarrhea can cause hypotension. Certain cardiac diseases, such as coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, and angina pectoris, can be partially associated with hypoperfusion. Also, it is seen with improper use of blood pressure lowering medications. If a patient develops severe hypotension, the cause should be actively sought and treated accordingly to prevent cerebral infarction due to severe hypoperfusion.
