What should I do if my nails are delaminated after applying too much nail polish?

Nail art causes delamination, mainly due to damage to the nail plate from organic solvents in the nail wash, so the frequency of repeated nail art should be reduced, i.e. the use of nail wash should be reduced. In addition for fragile, delamination-prone nails, nail polish containing nylon fibres, acrylic resin and hydrolysed protein can be used to provide a protective coating for the nails.
