Clinically, the patient’s skin thickens like elephant skin, and the limb becomes thick like an elephant, with unfavorable movement, swelling and pain, and in severe cases, complete loss of function. Some patients even resorted to surgical treatment, but still did not get satisfactory results. This symptom is more common among tumor patients. Firstly, it is because breast cancer surgery is usually accompanied by lymph node dissection, which causes lymphatic reflux obstruction. Secondly, it is because lymph node metastasis often accompanies the progression of tumor patients. If the metastasis site is in the armpit and groin, the swelling of lymph nodes in the metastasis site is obvious or fused into a large mass, which also causes lymph node reflux obstruction and lymphedema, which brings inconvenience to the patient’s life.
