The relatively hypoplastic corpus cavernosum and urethra are excised, while urethroplasty is performed on the preserved penis, and urethroplasty is performed if there is a urethral defect. The branched type of repetitive penis can be treated with phalloplasty and urethroplasty in one phase or in stages, while true repetitive penis is treated by removing the less developed penis and urethra.
Other concurrent deformities should be managed concurrently during the above treatment.
