Compound Aminophenalkamide Tablets is a compound preparation whose main ingredients are acetaminophen, amantadine hydrochloride, artificial oxymorphone, caffeine and chlorpheniramine maleate. It is an over-the-counter drug belonging to the cold medicine category. It is used to relieve the symptoms of fever, headache, aching limbs, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion and sore throat caused by common cold and influenza. The common side effects of the drug are as follows: 1. Rash, nausea, vomiting, sweating, abdominal pain, anorexia and pallor are occasionally seen, and individual patients may experience drowsiness or mild dizziness after the first dose. Occasionally, cyanosis may occur due to methemoglobinemia. Long-term or heavy use can damage liver and kidney function. 3.Sometimes may cause hallucinations and mental disorders, occasionally with slurred speech and involuntary eye movements, which are generally manifestations of overexcitation or poisoning of the central nervous system. 4.
