Scalp avulsions can be replanted

Many years ago my sister as a turner, when I was still in elementary school, but I know that when my sister went to work, the dark hair must be coiled in the cap. This is what her master instructed her to do. Many years later I became a plastic surgeon, and I witnessed the tragedy of violating operating procedures. Luckily, I was able to use my years of experience to save this young girl’s hair. The procedure I performed was a total scalp avulsion free graft. I found an artery and two veins in the patient’s avulsed scalp, and after microscopic vascular anastomosis, the scalp was successfully replanted. After a scalp avulsion injury occurs, many people have a history of hemorrhage before coming to the hospital because of the rich network of blood vessels in the scalp. Therefore, it is important to resist shock as soon as possible. Next, it is important to check for combined injuries because the high-speed rotation of the machine may cause fractures of the cervical and thoracolumbar spine resulting in paralysis. During the surgery, we should try to find the superficial temporal artery, which is the basis for anastomosis of the blood vessels. For the blood vessels exposed outside the skin should be abandoned, and then take the normal blood vessels for vascular grafting.
