How to do home rehabilitation exercises for vertigo?

  If you have been diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), you can try the following rehabilitation exercises.  Do it 5 times a day in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening, each time of no less than 2 minutes.  Ask your family to accompany you to prevent falling.  It is recommended to use it under the advice and guidance of a doctor. The treatment is not suitable for vertigo caused by brain tumor and acute cerebral hemorrhage.  Steps: 1. Put a pillow under your shoulder, tilt your head to the left at an angle of 45 degrees, tilt it back and hold it until 15 seconds after the dizziness disappears; 2. Turn your head to the right at 45 degrees to your right shoulder and hold it until 15 seconds after the dizziness disappears; 3. Turn to the right and lie on your side, turn your head with your shoulder and face the ground, hold it until 15 seconds after the dizziness disappears; 4. Sit up and hold it until 15 seconds after the dizziness disappears; 5. Turn your head to the left at an angle of 45 degrees and repeat.
