Main points: Sishencong, Fengchi, Touwei, Ruigu Supporting points: hyperactivity of liver yang plus Taichong and Taixi; phlegm blockage plus Fenglong and Zhonggui; stasis of blood blocking the orifice plus Ayi and Diayu; deficiency of qi and blood plus Foot Sanli and Qihai; deficiency of kidney essence plus Kidney Yu and Hanging Bell. For posterior circulation ischemia, add Tianzhu and Cervical Pinnacle; for vestibular neuronitis, add Hearing Palace, Liquid Gate and Dazhi (piercing cupping); for Meniere’s disease, add Hearing Palace and Zhongzhu; for benign positional vertigo, add Hearing Palace, Complete Bone and Houxi.
