Is fluorescent agent safe? What is the harm to the human body?

An allergy test must be done before funduscopic imaging, and patients who are allergic to the contrast agent should not undergo this test. A diluted contrast agent is injected into the patient’s vein before the test, and the patient is observed after 5 minutes for any obvious allergic reactions such as rash, edema or breathlessness.
