3. scaly keratinized tinea pedis: manifested as diffuse roughness and thickening of the foot, often accompanied by flaking and drying symptoms. The treatment can be used externally with strong peeling effect preparation, including compound benzoic acid ointment, salicylic acid ointment and so on.
In addition to the above topical medications, severe tinea pedis should also take systemic medication, which can be oral antifungal drugs, including itraconazole, terbinafine and so on.
