How many days after the transfer of frozen embryos can be measured

The number of days to test after the transfer of frozen embryos depends on the day of the embryo transferred and cannot be generalized. If the embryo transferred is a day 3 cleavage embryo, a positive urine pregnancy test is usually possible around day 12 after the transfer if the transfer is successful. If the transfer is a day 5-6 blastocyst, a urine pregnancy test can be performed around day 10 after the transfer, and the earliest positive urine pregnancy test can be performed on day 7 after the transfer. However, the urine pregnancy test is for reference only and a blood HCG test is usually needed to determine if pregnancy is present. If the HCG is much higher than normal and doubles well on the next day, it usually indicates a successful pregnancy. After the frozen embryo transfer, you need to pay attention to rest and avoid staying up late and overworking. Develop good living and eating habits, such as drinking more water, keeping bowel movements smooth, not eating spicy and stimulating foods, and taking proper folic acid supplements, etc.
