Girdle carbuncle is the name of Chinese medicine, also called girdle fire dan, modern medicine is called herpes zoster, which is divided into three phases: prodromal phase, seizure phase, and receding phase, and the clinical manifestations are described as follows: 1. Prodromal stage: the duration is about 1~5 days, some patients will show symptoms such as fatigue, low fever, headache, etc., and the affected area will have burning sensation, pain and other abnormal sensations, accompanied by systemic symptoms such as fatigue, low-grade fever and headache. 2. Episodic stage: clusters of blisters and papules may appear on the affected skin areas, with the walls of herpes tense and shiny, the liquid clarified, and a red halo on the outside. It occurs on the head, face, chest and back, and there will be paroxysmal or persistent obvious pain during the rash. 3.
