How should I take medication to adjust my thyroid function after 131 treatment for low thyroid?

Patient Question: Three years ago, I had a relapse of hyperthyroidism after giving birth to a child, and after Iodine 131 treatment, I became hypothyroid. In July this year, the dose of Eugenol was changed to two capsules per day, and a blood test on November 2 showed no abnormalities. Do I need to adjust the dosage of Eugenol and how soon do I need to take another blood test for triple A? Thank you! Answer: According to your test results and dose, it is recommended to increase the dose of Eugenol by half a tablet, and then review it after 1-2 months. Patient question: Hello, I took 2 and a half tablets of Eugenol every day in November last year, and I felt panic and numbness in my mouth after a month. How long will it take to draw blood again? Thank you! Response from Jiu-Gen Liang, Department of Nuclear Medicine, Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University: You can continue to take 2 tablets/day.
