In today’s relatively technologically advanced world, most cancers and most viral infections are still persistent diseases that are difficult for humans to overcome. Cervical cancer is one of the very few cancers with a clear cause – HPV infection – and thus is most likely the first cancer to be conquered by humans. Most HPV-infected patients’ own immune mechanisms can clear the HPV virus on their own, but for the minority of patients with low immunity and persistent HPV infection, the incidence of cervical cancer is high. EAAL (amplified and activated autologous lymphocyte technology) is a state-of-the-art method to stimulate the patient’s own immune mechanism to clear tumor cells and viral infection, and achieve certain effect of preventing the recurrence of cervical cancer cells as well as viral infection. The method is to extract and isolate single nucleated cells from the patient’s peripheral blood, and then stimulate and expand them in vitro to obtain a subpopulation of cells with the ability to kill tumor cells and viral infection cells under physiological conditions. They are transfused back to the patient in fractions to treat malignant tumors and infectious viral infections. The safety and efficacy of EAAL technology have been well tested clinically for more than 10 years. HPV infects human local mucosal epithelium, on the one hand, the virus replicates continuously, and on the other hand, the mucosal epithelium undergoes transformation or even malignant transformation by viral proteins. These virally infected cells and transformed malignant cells are both easily recognized specifically by T cells in EAAL because they contain viral antigens and are killed by factors such as T cells and their secreted cytokines, so that the infected cells at the lesion site are cleared without killing normal tissue cells. Even virus particles that are released into the bloodstream during the killing process are killed non-specifically by NK cells in EAAL, and other active ingredients in EAAL such as T cells join in the process of stopping further spread and replication of the virus. As a state-of-the-art immunotherapy technology, it provides patients with another nearly non-invasive green treatment means, thus solving the suffering of some patients with persistent HPV infection and minimizing the incidence of cervical cancer in patients, which is a major breakthrough in the field of cervical cancer prevention and treatment in the 21st century! Principle: A large number of killer T cells (CD3+ CD8+) and natural killer cells (CD8+ T cells, CD3+CD56+ NKT cells, CD4+ T cells, NK cells) are obtained by EAAL technology. 1, The T cell subpopulation obtained by EAAL can produce a large amount of interferon to directly affect the replication and synthesis of the virus. 2, NK cells can act directly on the virus-infected cells and play a role in the removal of early malignant cells. 3.The T cell subpopulation obtained from EAAL can produce a large amount of IL-2, IFNγ, TNF, lymphotoxin-like cytokines, which can produce multiple effects on immune response as follows: 1) IFNγ, TNF, lymphotoxin-like induce cellular immune response in the body and kill virus or virus-infected cells: 2) IL-2, IFNγ induce inflammation, tissue-specific immune response, further activation of CTL cells: 3) IFNγ, TNF induce activation of macrophages, local epithelial cells, etc., phagocytosis and resistance to intracellular infection: 4) IFNγ will also promote activation of Th1-like cells, inhibit activation of Th2-like cells, stimulate dendritic cells, epithelial cells, etc. to withdraw antigen and promote specific antiviral immune response: 5) IFNγ, TNFβ induce B cell activation, promoting specific humoral immune response, etc. 4.The T cell subpopulation obtained by EAAL can promote the further activation of NK cells and play the role of non-specific clearance and killing of viruses. 5.It can greatly improve the immune environment of the body and enhance the immunity of the body.
