What’s wrong with tinnitus and sleepiness?

If a patient has tinnitus and is drowsy, it may be due to recent fatigue, staying up late, irregular work and rest, resulting in physical drowsiness and further tinnitus symptoms. Some patients may experience sudden deafness, with varying degrees of sensorineural hearing loss and even vertigo and vomiting. Some patients may also suffer from acute rhinitis due to cold and other factors, which can cause significant nasal congestion as well as sneezing and runny nose. The swelling of the mucous membrane in the nasal cavity and nasopharynx caused by acute rhinitis may cause dysfunction of the eustachian tube, which may further lead to negative pressure in the middle ear, middle ear effusion and other symptoms of secretory otitis media, and may be accompanied by different degrees of tinnitus.
