Can myocardial ischemia be ruled out with normal cardiac function and normal imaging?

Normal cardiac function and normal contrast cannot rule out myocardial ischemia.
Myocardial ischemia is ischemia and hypoxia of the myocardium caused by stenosis, blockage and spasm of the coronary arteries. Normal cardiac function by cardiac ultrasound can exclude abnormalities in heart structure and function, while normal coronary angiography can exclude myocardial ischemia due to coronary artery stenosis, blockage, such as myocardial ischemia due to coronary artery disease.
However, myocardial ischemia can also occur in tachycardia caused by emotional excitement, nervousness, strenuous exercise, or coronary artery spasm due to smoking, alcohol abuse, or exposure to cold, etc. Cardiac function and coronary angiography can be normal, and it needs to be clarified by combining with clinical symptoms and examinations such as electrocardiogram and nuclear myocardial perfusion imaging.
When chest pain, chest tightness and other symptoms occur, relevant examinations should be conducted under the guidance of a doctor to clarify the cause of the disease and standardize the treatment.
