Preventing pollen allergies in spring

In spring there are many flowers vying for attention and people are immersed in the beauty of the flowers, but the beautiful flowers are not beneficial to everyone, such as people with allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis is a series of allergic symptoms that occur when a person is exposed to allergenic stimuli that induce an allergic reaction in the body. The most common allergens are dust, dust mites, pollen, animal fur, seafood, etc. The allergens are not exactly the same for each person. For patients with pollen allergy, try to stay away from places where flowers are concentrated to avoid inducing allergic reactions. Patients who already have allergy symptoms can take oral anti-allergy medication, daily care of the nasal cavity, and nasal hormones if necessary. For frequent allergy symptoms, be sure not to ignore them, so as to avoid long-term recurrence of allergy symptoms gradually worsen, and some patients even progress to chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.
