How to improve your child’s immune system

Immunity refers to the body’s ability to defend itself against invasion by external pathogens that cause disease, and is divided into two categories: congenital and acquired. Babies with truly defective immune function belong to a very small minority. Babies have a different immune status in their bodies than adults and are more susceptible to infectious diseases. That’s why it’s important to help children improve their immunity. In daily life, parents can help their children gradually improve their immunity in 5 ways. 1, vaccination on time: vaccines have the antigenicity of the pathogen, can stimulate the body to produce the corresponding antibodies, is an important way to improve the baby’s immunity, it is recommended to vaccinate a class I and class II vaccines on time. 2, a healthy and balanced diet: children suffering from nutritional diseases may be accompanied by a lack of protein, iron, zinc, selenium and other nutrients, and have lower immunity than normal children. Parents should encourage their children to consume sufficient vegetables and fruits, water and appropriate amount of milk, eggs, fish and meat, etc., not to be full, not to be partial and picky, and to avoid single nutrition, and children with micronutrient deficiency are recommended to supplement with some corresponding preparations. 3, appropriate exercise: appropriate daily outdoor exercise (to ensure at least 1 hour) can help the baby better build the immune system. 4, regular life and adequate sleep: sleep and human immunity is closely related. Adequate rest every day can allow the tired body to get maximum relaxation, let the body function back to the best state, and enhance the body’s ability to resist disease. 5, the necessary cleanliness and good hygiene habits: usually teach your baby to wash their hands often, and take them to less crowded places, etc.. But avoid over-protection, with the surrounding temperature changes in a timely manner to help the baby increase or decrease clothing, while allowing the child often exposed to nature, a small number of germs can stimulate the child’s immune system. There is a process to help your child improve his immunity and there are no shortcuts. The so-called resistance-boosting drugs and supplements have no obvious effect, and parents need to help their children build a good foundation for a healthy body together.
