What is the meaning of low grade intraepithelial lesions in the lenticulosis

Low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion is a pathological classification of cervical disease, also known as CIN1. The main causes of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion are HPV infection, unclean sex, and inflammatory irritation. This report indicates that cervical cancer is possible if the disease continues to develop. At this stage, the cervix is in the early stage of precancerous lesions, but low grade squamous intraepithelial lesions are relatively mild among cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions, and the lesions may develop to CIN2 and CIN3, and CIN3 is basically cervical cancer in situ. Cervical squamous epithelial lesions are closely related to cervical cancer, and most of them are related to HPV infection, so once found, we need to check HPV first, if HPV is positive and accompanied by cervical squamous epithelial lesions of low degree, we need to confirm the diagnosis and treatment in time, usually we can choose vaginal drug or local surgery, and after cured, it usually has no effect on pregnancy and delivery. If it is only a simple CIN1, most of the CIN1 can be cured by enhancing the immune system and using anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory suppositories locally, after the inflammation is cured. However, it needs to be reviewed regularly in the future. If the HPV test is positive, it is usually reviewed once a year, and if the disease is aggravated or the squamous intraepithelial low grade lesions recur, treatment needs to be continued. In conclusion, low grade squamous intraepithelial lesions are not terrible and can be cured. For women who have sexual life, they should pay attention to vulva hygiene, develop good habits and enhance their immunity, but they must have regular gynecological checkups to detect the disease and treat it in time.
