White jelly-like secretion on the panties is probably the white, jelly-like, sticky leucorrhea that is discharged during ovulation, which is a normal phenomenon. It is a mixture of vaginal mucous membrane exudate, vestibular gland, endometrium and other secretions. Under normal circumstances, it is white, transparent, thin paste or jelly-like, egg-white, odorless and does not require special treatment. However, if you find an increase in the amount of leucorrhea, with abnormal color and change of character, such as beanbag-like, foamy, purulent or watery, with odor and vulvar itching, consider the presence of vaginal inflammation or cervical lesions, and go to the hospital in time for testing to clarify the cause and treat the problem to avoid delaying the condition. It is recommended to keep the vulva clean and dry, wear cotton loose clothing, change underwear regularly and expose to sunlight to prevent gynecological inflammation.
