Streptococcal infections usually cause two types of diseases: first, infectious diseases, such as acute tonsillitis, pyoderma gangrenosum, pneumonia, etc. The other category, allergic diseases, such as acute glomerulonephritis. The common clinical manifestations are: 1. usually 2-3 weeks before the disease, there is a history of upper respiratory tract infection or skin infection, such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, impetigo; 2. systemic manifestations include weakness, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, lumbago and headache; 3. there is hematuria and proteinuria; 4. there may be oliguria and edema, urine volume may be less than 400ml/d, eyelid edema in the morning 5. transient mild to moderate hypertension may occur; 6. acute left heart failure, encephalopathy and acute renal failure may occur in severe cases.
