  After taking ibuprofen, toothache symptoms are usually relieved to varying degrees after half an hour to two hours.  Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to relieve mild to moderate pain caused by various systemic diseases, and it has a therapeutic effect on fever caused by inflammatory diseases. According to clinical studies, after oral or intramuscular injection of these drugs, the drug effect is usually found within an hour, and the peak serum drug concentration is reached after 1-2 hours, and the plasma protein binding rate is 99% or more, and the specific duration of drug effect is 4-6 hours. The drug component is then generally metabolized from the body in the form of urine within 24 hours. Common adverse symptom reactions to this drug include indigestion, stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. Some people with severe allergies may even experience bleeding in the stomach, drowsiness and weakness, and blurred consciousness.
