To regulate the structure of the diet, mainly protein and vitamin intake, a balanced diet is required, with an appropriate increase in diet and fruit according to the amount of exercise; maintain direct sunlight for 30-45 minutes daily. Second, to ensure the quality of sleep at night, functional exercise and recreation during the day, no lunch break is recommended; 2-4 hours of functional exercise during the day, the rest of the time to keep the knee joint in the straight position as much as possible, not less than 6 hours. Third, the daily extension should not be greater than 1 mm, divided into 4-6 times. Fourth, the daily exercise is divided into 3-4 times, each walking or treadmill is not greater than 30 minutes, and rest is required in between when it exceeds 30 minutes. V. Functional exercise and walking weight during the mineralization period should be carried out according to the principle of small to large and light to heavy, as prescribed by the doctor. X. Take film once a month during the lengthening period and early mineralization period to photograph the complete treatment area; review and take film once every two to three months during the middle and late mineralization period.
