Difference Between Minor and Major Triple Positive

The difference between minor and major triple positive is mainly in content, infectiousness and clinical staging.
1. Content: Minor triple positive mainly refers to the positivity of Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis B E antibody and Hepatitis B core antibody, which is the transformed form of major triple positive; while major triple positive refers to the positivity of Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis B E antigen and Hepatitis B core antibody.
2. Infectiousness: small triple positive generally has a small viral load and is relatively less infectious; large triple positive is relatively more infectious due to the very active proliferation of hepatitis B virus.
3. Clinical staging: small triple positive carrying period is in the immunosuppression period, small triple positive hepatitis is in the re-activation period; large triple positive is in the immune tolerance period and immune clearance period respectively.
