The treatment of choice for ruptured cerebral hemangioma bleeding is surgery. Surgical treatment includes craniotomy and minimally invasive treatment. Craniotomy means craniotomy for hemangioma clamping and, if the bleeding is large, hematoma removal and drainage. After CTA examination, if the location is suitable, the patient can undergo minimally invasive treatment, i.e. embolization of the hemangioma by non-liquid embolic agent or balloon stent, after which the hemangioma will gradually shrink and become smaller for the purpose of cure. If early symptoms of cerebral hemangioma are found, timely intervention and treatment should be performed.
