Vascular venous malformations are common congenital venous malformations, mostly diffuse, involving multiple anatomical regions and invading superficial and deep tissues. Clinical manifestations are blue skin or mucous membranes, low skin temperature, positive postural test, and no pulsatile sensation. Type I: isolated type with no obvious reflux veins; Type II: normal reflux veins; Type III: abnormal development of reflux veins; Type IV: dilated veins. Treatment recommendation: surgery combined with sclerotherapy injection (anhydrous ethanol, sodium cod liver oil acid, pinyamycin). The specific treatment should be chosen according to the reflux status of the venous malformation. 1.Low reflux: residual after 5 minutes of contrast luminal injection. Need to choose Pingyangmycin (1.5-2.0mg/ml), 5% cod liver oil sodium acid (single time can not exceed 5ml); 2, high reflux: contrast agent luminal injection residual.
