Should I avoid eating for allergies?

According to “plain common sense”, most people who have allergy sufferers in their families agree that they must avoid eating all kinds of “hairy things”, including fish, shrimp, crab, eggs and many kinds of vegetables. What do allergists think about this? The first dietary guidance for allergy sufferers is not to eat foods that have been clearly identified as causing their allergies, that is, if you are allergic to eggs, then you definitely should not eat eggs; conversely, if you have never been allergic to eggs in the past, then you can eat them safely. As the occurrence of allergies is often related to the dysfunction of the immune system, and a good level of nutrition is the basic condition for maintaining normal immune function, because of the fear of allergy recurrence, some people maintain a so-called light diet all year round, not daring to eat fish and meat, which interferes with life, increases the psychological burden and affects the immunity of the body, but makes allergies recur, which is not worth the loss. If some allergy sufferers are not clear about which foods they are allergic to, the second principle of dietary guidance is to eat a light diet and eat less food that can easily cause allergies, such as eating fish, shrimp and other seafood, as well as eating less greasy food and more stimulating food, such as hot pot. When allergy symptoms strike, pay careful attention to foods that may cause aggravation of one’s allergy, so as to facilitate future attention.
