What are the common symptoms of chronic prostatitis?

       The symptoms of chronic prostatitis vary greatly, some are obvious, some are mild, and some are even asymptomatic. The symptoms can be summarized as follows: 1. urinary symptoms: the patient may have symptoms such as frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, or burning or white dripping of the urethra during urination, or symptoms of obstruction of the urethra such as weak urination, unclean urination, thin urine line, and interruption of urination.  2, local reflex symptoms: such as pelvic symptoms such as pain or discomfort in one or more parts of the lumbosacral, perineum, testicles, root of the thigh, and lower abdomen.  3, sexual neurosis: some patients may see hypoactive sexual desire, impotence and premature ejaculation, etc.  4, other symptoms: insomnia, dizziness, dullness, dullness of thinking, memory loss, anxiety and tension, etc.
