Home rehabilitation guidance for children with strabismus

  Family rehabilitation guidance: 1. Use toys and other toys to tease the baby to look behind or above the affected side.  2.Speak with the baby on the affected side and feed him/her.  3.Sleep with the head in the right position and fix it with a small sandbag next to it; take the occipital bone high side position more often when the occipital bone is not flat.  4.Passive movement of the upper limb on the affected side, 10-15 times / part.  5.Use toys and so on to tease the baby to use the affected upper limb actively.  6.Parents massage the baby’s lump with the thumb, 3-5min/time, 3 times/day. (Be careful not to rub the baby’s skin.) 7.Passive head exercises: gently bend and rotate the head sideways, 10 times/movement, 30 times/day.  8.Gently press and tap the affected cheek, 2-5min/time, 3 times/day.
