“Our whole life is about getting rid of the expectations of others and finding our true selves.” — Celeste Ng Dear moms and breastfeeding supporters, on January 1, 2016, Nurture made a big decision: we will open a breastfeeding “One” class. With the support of the Nurture Breastfeeding Promotion Center and the support of all doctors, nurse practitioners and lactation consultants. Nurturing Lectures is offering Breastfeeding One Classes for the whole year of 2016. If you are a breastfeeding mother, you can join the appropriate monthly group. In this group, there will be a teacher (doctor, nurse practitioner or lactation consultant) at a fixed time every week to give a lecture and answer questions about feeding issues of concern at that age. If you listen to the lectures in the group, when you feel that the content you listen to is helpful to you, you will pay “one” dollar to the parenting lecturer as support for this activity. The lecture hall will distribute your support to the staff and lecturers who give selflessly. The “One” dollar is not mandatory, it is your help to the program when this knowledge helps you. The decision to do so is a result of a long-held wish: that more people will learn about breastfeeding and that mothers will be able to believe in their own abilities, discover themselves and have fun nursing their babies. “The One class will allow mothers to discover themselves through scientific information, gentle words and warm encouragement. That’s what we are as a team – ourselves. When we proposed this activity, we didn’t expect that all of our partners in the parenting classroom passed it. They knew how much work it would add to their workload to include all the breastfeeding classes in the One classroom, broken down by age and content, while they would have less income. They said: this is what they always wanted to do! When we invited the doctors, nurse practitioners and lactation consultants around us to give regular free lectures to the group, they readily agreed, and they didn’t care about the pay. They said, “If you need anything like this, just call me! “Those who truly find their passion in life are always radiant and full of energy”. Moms, the “One” class will cover all aspects of breastfeeding, as well as regular female psychology and special guests sharing their experiences of growing up as a woman. We will share our knowledge and passion with you without reservation.
