What to do about post-operative hemorrhoid skin tags

The presence of local skin flab in the anus after hemorrhoid surgery is considered in two situations: First, because hemorrhoids are surgically removed in an edematous state, the skin flab or hemorrhoid nucleus cannot be better removed completely, so local skin flab may exist after the postoperative edema dissipates. You can have a second surgery or you can treat it without excessive intervention, and there are no obvious clinical symptoms of postoperative skin flab. Second, in order to preserve the local function of the anus during surgery, if too much of the hemorrhoid nucleus tissue is removed, it may lead to an increase in the contraction force of the anal canal and even the narrowing of the anal canal, in order to make the anal canal contract freely, so a part of the skin flab is appropriately retained to increase the elasticity.
