Treatment for boils on inner thighs

Boils on the inner thighs are caused by bacterial infections, so be careful not to pick and scratch or squeeze them to avoid spreading the infection. Also make sure the skin on the inner thigh is clean and dry, avoid moist and sweaty, and preferably expose the lesions. Topical anti-infective treatment with topical ichthyolipid ointment, fusidic acid cream, mupirocin cream, oral antibiotics for larger rashes, as well as attention to monitoring body temperature, fever promptly given treatment. If local redness and swelling are obvious, apply topical Ravnol solution or furacilin solution as a wet compress to reduce redness and swelling. Repeated or multiple rashes need to be checked for anemia or blood sugar abnormalities. If there are abnormalities in the above results, prompt treatment is required.
