Secondly, practice the sounding of the sky drum (the same method as above), then press the palms of both hands against the ear door, and then lift off both hands immediately afterwards, so that one off and one on is 1 time, and 10~20 times. You can also use your fingers to close the ear canal, and practice 2 to 3 times a day to prevent tinnitus and deafness.  1. Self-massage Hand massage. Use the ends of the fingers of both hands to take turns to press and knead the Hall of Indus (the middle of the two eyebrows), then use the index and middle fingers of both hands to rub the forehead on both sides (up and down, not left and right), then use the two fingers to press and knead the acupuncture points in front of the ear, and turn to the cataract points behind the ear for 1 to 2 minutes each. Then hold your head with both hands, use the thumbs of both hands to press and knead the wind pool points on both sides, and use the middle fingers of both hands to press and knead the top of the head for 1 to 2 minutes each.  2.Ear massage Use the thumb and index finger of both hands to press and knead the Shen Men, kidney, middle ear reaction area and other ear points for 1 to 2 minutes each.  3, hand massage with one thumb massage the other hand on the back of the Hegu point and the second metacarpal side of the holographic point ear points for 1 to 2 minutes each. Both hands exchange massage.  4. Pinch your nose and close your nose with your thumb and forefinger, shut up, open your eyes and hold your breath (as if it is coming out of your ears) for 10-20 seconds, then release your mouth and exhale. Repeat this several times to eliminate tinnitus.  If the patient has tinnitus in the left ear, bite the teeth on the right side; if the patient has tinnitus in the right ear, bite the teeth on the left side; if the patient has tinnitus in both ears, bite all the teeth. Biting teeth frequently can improve the treatment effect.
