What are the classifications of dermatophytosis

The classification of ringworm is relatively large, and the common ones are tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea capitis, tinea cruris, tinea cruris, etc. The onset parts and clinical manifestations of different ringworms are different.
1. ringworm: this disease is mainly caused by red trichophyton, plaster-like trichophyton and other dermatophyte infections, mainly occurs in addition to the scalp, hair, palms of the hands, feet and nails other than the superficial parts of the skin, manifested as red patches, scales, itching and other symptoms.
2. tinea cruris: this disease is mainly caused by red trichophyton, trichophyton fungus and other dermatophyte infections, occurring in the palms of the hands, fingers, palms of the side edge, manifested as red spots, blisters, papules and scales, skin roughness, thickening, accompanied by itching and other symptoms.
3. Tinea pedis: this disease is mainly caused by the infection of dermatophytes such as Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mustelii, etc. It occurs in the skin of the feet except the back of the feet, and manifests as blisters, papules, erythema, scales and cracks, which may be accompanied by symptoms such as itchiness and foul odor.
4. Tinea capitis: mainly caused by dermatophyte infections such as Microsporum canis, Microsporum ferrugineum, etc. It occurs on the scalp and hair area, manifested by scales, papules, pustules, broken hair and other symptoms.
5. Ringworm: It is mainly caused by the infection of dermatophytes such as Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mustelii, and occurs in the groin, perineum, perianal area and buttocks, manifesting as red flaky patches, accompanied by burning and itching sensation and other symptoms.
6. Nail fungus: mainly caused by red trichophyton infection, occurring in the finger (toe) nails, manifested in the finger (toe) nail color change, thickening, brittle and other symptoms.
Tinea versicolor patients are advised to go to the hospital in time to avoid delaying the condition.
